I wrote this song in a time when I was down and questioning a lot of things. One of these questions at the time was "Do I Ever Cross Your Mind" to the people who used to bully me in school, who attacked me while I was in college and even the harsh environment I've found myself in while I was in the workplace. Over time this has left me mental scared from all of those experiences I've been through, I find that they can sometimes play over and over in my head. On this particular day while I was sat there, I thought “I wonder if what they did to me, and other's, if they regret what they did and if it plays on their mind too” and that’s when this song was born.
