Jordan Beck is a Georgia-based indie filmmaker, creative director, and musician who occasionally appears under the pseudonym "Dr. Zebulon J. Ferdinand Magnifico" for reasons that aren't exactly clear to anyone including Jordan. Formerly the rhythm banjo player in the surf band DR. BONGO! and second chair bassist of five-man power trio THE ONEEDERS, Dr. Magnifico now pretends to tour with his band THE FIENDISH THINGIES which mostly consists of demanding his family read his full rider as they deliver snacks into his home studio.
