Call the police
There goes my song: "Call the Police". The theme was inspired by the movie "While the City Sleeps" which tells of the hard and violent night on patrol of an experienced police officer with his rookie partner. The final sentence of the movie struck me, when the veteran tells the rookie: "People sleep peacefully in their beds because there are tough people willing to use violence in their favor. And many will hate you for it... That's how things are. things...". So the song is about the inevitable and at the same time necessary existence of police work and the fact that behind each uniform there is a human being with his virtues and defects, and that in the vast majority of cases the failures of the system come much higher... or much lower depending on where you look. I hope you like the lyrics and the meaning that I have tried to give it.more
